This stunning mansionin 4 acres of award-winning gardens is situated on the edge of the Northumbrian countryside, yet only 10 minutes drive from the Newcastle city centre.

The hotel is within a 10 minute walk of the historic Ryton with its ancient church and selection of cafes and restaurants. It is only one mile from Hadrians Wall walk.

The house is only a 10 minute journey from Newcastle centre and 5 minutes from the MetroCentre shopping complex. This is a relaxing environmenta warm welcome is guaranteed.

Hedgefield House has the interesting distinction of being the 1st private house in England to have a private telephone. Alexander Graham Bell was related, by marriage, to the Simpson family who built the house.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 11:00.
