1) The Moats is our home, NOT commercial premises. We currently offer only one bedroom to guests. The rest of the property is PRIVATE and guests are asked to vacate the premises between 10am and 6pm daily to afford us some privacy.
The gardens are managed for the benefit of wildlife and are NOT included in the guest offer.

2) Reservations should be made by the named guest staying to ensure acceptance of our published Terms and Conditions. Bookers must 18 years or older. Children under 12 years and adults over 75 years are only accommodated by prior agreement. We do not offer accommodation for guests with reduced mobility or wheelchairs.
